Building relationships for the long haul is what

I thrive on.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs who ran their own real estate brokerages here in San Diego, I always knew I wanted to help others. I grew up helping out in my grandparent's brokerage where my mom was a top agent and member of the Century 21 Million Dollar Club.

After graduating with a degree in journalism, I worked as an editor for the San Francisco Bay Area Fox affiliate in television news while working my day job selling television advertising.

I left it all behind for a chance opportunity to work for a Silicon Valley Start-Up in business development & marketing.

Consistently over seven years I built 20-30% of the revenue for that division of the company and was named National Account Executive of the year. Former clients who are great friends along with some of my closest friends to this day came out of that experience, which is what I enjoy most-connecting with and helping people.

It's the very same work ethic that I learned growing up in my family's real estate business. It's exactly why whether you're buying or selling, I take on the heavy lifting throughout our time together and strive to make your real estate experience enjoyable with ease along the way.

After my second child was born, I launched successful photography | photo styling business, which allowed me to be home with my kids.

Once they were old enough, I went back into technology business development. This time in entertainment enterprise software, where I applied my gift of building relationships, serving my clients, providing platforms and solutions that would serve them best, not my company or myself. Within my first five months, I was named as the highest producer of the quarter across all divisions.

Feeling unfulfilled, I wanted to connect with and serve people over the long term. I wanted to take my over 20 years of experience in sales marketing, art direction and gift in client success to a place in which it would be a breathing living entity to serve others.

I developed my real estate business with this as it's mission.

I studied within the MBA program at Gonzaga University and also lived abroad in Italy studying art and humanities along with Italian (which I learned fluently), while eating and making lots of insanely good food.

In Addition to Real Estate

I’m an active volunteer for my kid’s schools

a photographer of 12 years for my own creation andreacapanoco.com

a die-hard friend

When I'm not hustling in real estate you can find me trying to track down my two teenagers and spending quality time with them, which usually involves feeding them and their friends, going on long walks, baking, taking my youngest to the skate park, the beach or going on a bike ride.

I also enjoy spending time with my heart partner, taking in a good movie, enjoying dinner dates, sharing the favorite parts of our day, and talking about where we'd like to travel next. Good books (I'm usually reading three at one time), spirituality, podcasts, hikes, connecting with like minder people, spin, yoga, eating healthy (I do my best), travel, learning to golf, being out in nature, or searching for the perfect finds for home design projects are also a few of my favorites, along with baking sugar goodness for my family, friends and clients alike.
