You know what I’m talking about. You feel it in bones, in your soul as if it’s talking to just you. and you know. It’s the one.

It has all the things you’ve dreamt of. It’s perfect for you. The current market may dictate a different story and that’s where I come in.

I not only give my clients a closing gift on closing day, I give the listing agent a closing gift on the closing day too. These are relationships and if you have skimmed through what differentiates me… it’s that I care…. like alot and it always shows up in my relationships. I write a thorough, conscientious contract as the fiduciary of my clients. Yet, I also have the seller and the listing agent who is likely working through many other offers on the table in mind.

I am not creating any additional work or steps for agents to take to their seller, to come to a decision and these are the little things that make all the difference in the world. These are the little things that allow our offer to stand out and give us a leg up to fast-forward…. you are in the very home you looked at online, the one that was in your daydreams and is now a reality.

Your Daydream, Your Non-Negotiable, Your Love List

An ocean view or you must have a home office or is it a home office with an ocean view? You have discovered the joys of working from home and I so understand. You want a wonderful, good size kitchen to roll out pasta or bake sugary goodness, or a large backyard because your BBQ’s are epic. Let’s talk through your must-haves, what’d be nice to have and everything in between. We’ll take a deep dive to be sure nothing is missed. This allows me to narrow down locations, neighborhoods, size, and architectural elements. Nothing is ever perfect, yet know I will work hard to get so close to your ideal.


A Realistic Budget

One of the most critical parts of the home buying journey is to determine what you can afford. I refuse to shows my clients properties that would put them in any financial risk. It begins with a plan and discussing terms with a lender in order to move you into pre-qualification and this will be important in order to secure the one. Whether you are upsizing, downsizing, planning to have children, or want a playroom for grandchildren, these are all elements that need to be taken into consideration as to where you lay your head down each night and where you are entirely comfortable with no buyers remorse lurking in the depths of your mind.


The Proposal

Writing proposals is what I’ve been doing for 20 years and where I’m completely confident. This is exactly what you need, an agent with the skill and of a technical writer on your side. It’s about writing a solid proposal in fairness, integrity, where attention to detail is critical and thought of the other parties involved is highly a part of the equation. Getting to yes takes immense EQ (emotional intelligence) along with a balance of art and science. I take all of these skills and put them to work as your fiduciary. Let’s get you to yes.
